I dont wanna sound like an ass....but you should add some Goofy music and make a better Explosion sound...and maybe make levels so it keeps getting harder to kill more ppl

great game
Pretty innovative game making fun of the idiots back in the middle east. Also pretty addictive too. If you ever make another version, MAKE BETTER GRAPHICS! Killing random people just isn't as fun when they all look alike!
Oh, also, you ought to up the splash damage. It looks like the explosion only has a radius of like 20 feet, which is pretty unrealistic.
You could also make it so that if you get enough kills/injures, you could upgrade your bomb to include shards of glass and nails and whatever. Just something to think about =)
Oh, and I hope this game never gets removed. Fuck censorship.
