As simple and horrifying as the real thing
I almost think you shouldn't add any more levels or details... its statement is very clear as is... the mindless over and over of blowing yourself up in large groups of people creates a sickening sensation, but you do it over and over, until finally your mind recoils. This game has multiple statements, from topical to universal. Good job.

Pretty innovative game making fun of the idiots back in the middle east. Also pretty addictive too. If you ever make another version, MAKE BETTER GRAPHICS! Killing random people just isn't as fun when they all look alike!
Oh, also, you ought to up the splash damage. It looks like the explosion only has a radius of like 20 feet, which is pretty unrealistic.
You could also make it so that if you get enough kills/injures, you could upgrade your bomb to include shards of glass and nails and whatever. Just something to think about =)
Oh, and I hope this game never gets removed. Fuck censorship.
Anyways, great game.
I have some major issues with this game
1)The people look too similar. The men all look the same, the women look all the same, and the children look all the same.
2)You can only kill lots of people when they overlap. You should have a button that lets you reveal the bomb, but not blow it up to scare the people and herd them into one spot. But you could also have a thing like once you do that, you only have limited time before the cops come and sniper you to death.
3)No ambient sound. You should get a sound for running and maybe a few bird calls in the background.
Other than that, cool game!
