Kutlijer is Dutch for "Vaginal sufferer" which doesn't make sense litterally translated to English (note that literal translation isn't acurate :)) so it's just Dutch for fuckhead or so, nothing too insulting. Isn't my main language lovely?
Also, you speak it out as "cut lei-er" if you want to pronounce it perfectly in Dutch :)
