Reviews for PALADIN episode 5 part 2

...wow.

So I just spent the past hour or so going through and watching the whole series. (With breaks to get some pie. Mmmm... pie.)

This is probably one of the best flash series that I've seen, and this episode in particular is outstanding. You have some serious talent for animation and music, and damn good artistic vision.

That said, I think that some of the stuff is a bit... lacking, I suppose is the right word. The characters don't feel incredibly original, or too different from some of the characters in other sword and sorcery stories I've read or movies that I've seen. Ditto for a lot of the dialogue. Then again, perhaps I'm just a bit nit-picky, since this seems like it was intended to be primarily an action-based bunch of shorts rather than something more focused on plot. :P

Nonetheless, I frigging love this series. Some of the elements in it were great- such as Auron and Radiel taking on the appearances of their respective gods.

I believe that with some work on the writing, this series could be something beyond amazing, even better than the high quality that it already is.

The Paladin series is one of the best series in newgrounds in my opinion, Some people are complaining abotu the ending and why radiel let paladin stab him
1. radiel had to let himself gwet stabbed to allow him to return to his god form
2. His hand exploded cos the sword is holy and he cant touch holy stuff

Kick ass ending

This paladin series rocked. Especially for an one man creation this is a fabulous work of art. And to Scorpian2, he probably couldnt save the bird because it took to long to grow his wings or the wooden staffs would've grown to. To bad, but the bird was doomed. Sad though, he mixed in a bit of humor.
