One thing I'd do to improve
Seriously, I'd make this like a paint studio, where you can draw the face yourself to dress up. Give them the basic shape of face templates and then they can finalise that before dragging and dropping the items to make it all work.
The two music tracks were decent to put on there, and I think the whole thing worked together quite well.
Where was the pencil / sharp implement supposed to go? It looks as if it was supposed to go through the head, but I couldn't find a space to make everything join up properly.

Graphics: The Accseroies wern't that good and the head was the best thing in it but did you keep the lines?
Style: Theres alot of dress ups this dress is one of the bad ones...

most dress up games are bad but yours is pretty good the drawings were good but they could use a little touch up the music was good but you need more things to do maybe change the background and and a body instead of just a head
