Great Work!
Really well put together game with awesome animation work for the intro and ending. The game is addictive but the controls do get a little frustrating, although you get used to it as you progress.
Well done guys!

wowies
yet ANOTHER great game, you are my idol!!!!!!!!!!11111111111
Awesome!
This is probably the best GH/DDR spinoff I've seen on NG. The graphics and animation were incredible, you picked the perfect songs, and it was hard enough to keep me playing until I started falling asleep. (No offense to the game, it's just 3am here)
Only suggestion I have is either a Very Easy or Practice mode. Easy is way too hard as the opening level, and having a mode where maybe only the four main directions are used would be a nice way to lead into the game.
Well, I kind of have another suggestion, but it's something I'd love to see on any game like this, which is a custom level where you can upload a song. It's incredibly difficult to put something like that into a game like this, but it provides for infinite playability since technically you never run out of levels.
All in all, awesome game!
WOOT
You've got this contest won man... no question.
Crazy good
A lot of people have reviewed this saying it was ridiculously hard, but I didn't think it was that bad.
People have been comparing it to GH2, probably because that's the only retail rythym game they know. Of course this game is harder than guitar hero, there are 8 notes and they're set up in a waaay different style.
I like the challenge of this game. It only took me about two or three tries on each song to get four stars on them (except for insanity, I only tried that one time and gave up haha).
I have a message to anyone who disses this game because they can't beat it: the game doesn't suck, you suck.
The only advice I can think of to give would be: find a better way to make it evident which note you hit next. Since the notes are set up in a circular fashion it's hard to tell which one is next in line. The flashes help a little bit to let you know which note to hit, but maybe it would be a little more clear if the pads lit up before you had to hit them or something too.
Just a though, either way this is a great game and by far the best one I've seen for the rock out contest. Keep 'em coming!
