really loved the repitition, maybe it would have been funnier if he had started to drift up to heaven and then like somehow satan grabbed him and quickly yanked him down, because I don't like the burning part as is. Other than that its great, except when he goes to shake black haired girl, is it just me or is there a gray x on her head.

That was sad, but interesting. The way he kept leaving his money in the dresser when he had to have known it would get stolen over and over makes me think that he wanted it to get stolen; that he didn't want to try to improve his life. He'd been contemplating hanging himself from the start of the movie, and letting his savings get stolen would ensure he'd stay on that track.
