and ... why? I did a no-brain job for a while. it was dumb. I can relate way too well to the life, but I moved on instead; where was our punchline suspended from anyhow? I'll tell you though, I mostly really enjoyed it.

this just seems like yet ANOTHER of the "life is repetitive and sucks" flashes. At least you gave it a humorous spin, unlike the "why me?" attitude of the rest of the cartoons like these. Jerry didn't seem to be a very strong willed (or smart) person... oh well. Too bad he managed to pass on his genes before, well...
Clever use of cut-to-cut
A little bit too repetitive, but it's probably just your style. Good timing control too. I regret the ending. It's just too cliche. This guy's probably having his bad year, but no.. that's not that awful (the ending). It ruins the whole humor.
Great stuff
It just shows how the most simple life can be the best life, then a women comes along and screws everything up.
Women... The temptation of Eve giving adam the apple, you could say women are the route of all evil..
But then I would never get laid again...
Anyways, good story although simple it was very effective. Make another one, but with a happy ending this time!
