Overall not bad
I mean yes everything was fine and well and I agree with most of the past reviews but personally I dont like the new conscience cuz the older one was much funnier.

This is well animated I like how you used the motion line when blockhead moved fast. I think we all have our own blockhead, I have a friend who is alot like blockhead....except ha doesn't break everything, and I sometimes feel like I'm his conscience. Great series.

Your animation has really improved. It looks like a lot of time was put into this. Just maybe the animation was so new it nearly wasn't your style. Like how you changed the old guy. But if you keep this style up then there's no problem with it, a change is good. And it's still funny as hell! Great work.
