Reviews for "Zelda: Heart for the Hero"

2 words... F#$%ing Hilarious!

Hahahaha! My god you did a good job! Even frame-by-frame, you did incredible! if this was your first, youve certainly got a future for the vid business... Exceptional sequence, good speech for link(he used more sign language than he tried to talk surprisingly or not) This is something i wouldnt mind having with me for as long as i know the definition of LoZ! At first i was skeptical to watch this, but a friend recommended it to me, so i was like. Sure, Why not, its probably dissapointing... But my opinion is now the completely the opposite of what i had in mind at that point! I cannot, in all good conscience, ever judge a book by its cover just by knowing how good this was unsuspectingly. if i had 50 hands, all of them would have one finger up, the thumb!

best movie on newgrounds

great everything animations, funny! just an overall 10 of 1, keep going, i'm speechless

Not just another Zelda Flash...

I have to admit, when i saw this on the front page, i didn't think it would be quite this hilarious.

I had always wondered exactly how Link communicated, and now we know: sign language.

Your work with the sound and music was absolutely one of the best jobs i have come across here on newgrounds. They synced wonderfully, and i love how one of them almost sort of sounded like he was saying "heart", only to have it brushed aside because of his "thick accent"

The graphical quality of this piece was also nothing to sneeze at. The opening shots were beautifully layered, and it's easy to see you will soon be (if not already) a master.

now on to the humor, which i find to be a great achievement on a running gag. You fleshed out what is essentially a one-liner into an excellent comedy that takes a slightly dark, yet still highly funny twist at the end. I also took great enjoyment in pausing the story (during my many replays) to read all the little signs you placed within the shop, as well as some references to the game, and nintendo itself (zap-gun anyone?).

I give it a 10/10, a beautiful work, both visually and audially, mixed with the perfect amount of humor. Kudos.

Holy Shit!

That was hilarious!

Zomg my sides hurt...

So that's what those "Silent" "Protagonists" sound like!

HA Ha HA!

That is the funniest thing i've seen all day, I'e seen it five times in a row and it does'nt get old. I think I'll watch it again!
