in vs mode at the character select screen scroll to hank then click the middle of his glasses then youll be able to play as henchman

Edit: Damn the final battle with Convict on story mode is hard!
Edit: Okay I finished it (I had to put it on sissy difficulty. Don't judge me! It's very hard...).
Edit: Yay! 100% completion! Now to get all the medals. >:(
