Damn good little Scrapper
This is a good fighter. I found there to be a lack of special moves, but then again, Im a special move whore :) Graphics were good, but there was some slowdown during the last fight for...umm...damn, cant remember his name now....where you gotta fight Pico, The little Pink Girl, and someone else in the padded room.
Other than lack of Specials, I recommend trying it!

Awesomenss in a bag!! Altho i dunt know half the charaacters its still pretty good. If you make a Newgrounds Rumble 2, howbout adding some speical moves, since the hit hit hit combos are a bit dull

Great game with excellent programming and good backround on characters. Regular updates: Great.
However, the graphics kept jumping from bad to worst to great to medium to great etc.... Other wise a great game that deserves a 9.
