Kind of get bored after a while but still a lot of fun.

Pretty good...
The game is pretty good, just one thing that I have trouble with is the fact that you can only harm one person at a time, so if someone has a double in front of them you will be "damaging" the ghosted double and thus your doing nothing. Same with if your fighting two or more people, you will only harm one person until your then hit by the second person then both people can wail on you.
I find that this does unbalance the game somewhat because if a team has any kind of strategy they can basically win no matter what.

This game was cool. One problem though; my opponent jumped and hit me with a 24 combo dealing instant death. Did anyone experience weird deaths like this?

That's rare, but crap luck. That's why the parry is built in. If you can press block just as they strike you in the air, you'll stun and knock them away.
excellent game, lots of characters, lot of game modes, a tutorial, a deposit to unlock things, and options to configure the game, only you need to fix some mild bugs.
