Very fun
A beautifully polished game. All the work that went into this really shows.
...But is there a way of beating Convict's final stage that DOESN'T rely entirely on luck? There's no way to fight them head-on, you simply get torn to shreds. If you try to run away or block, you're overtaken too quickly, as Convict is one of the slowest characters. Nine times out of ten, you'll wind up getting caught in an air-combo from S'asshole that can take away as much as 1/4 of your health (sometimes more! Awesome!). If not, Nene's sure to catch you instead. If you can run away long enough to transform, you're not much better off. If you turn into Salad Fingers, don't bother fighting. Just restart. Some characters (Pico, Nene, others) can hold their own, but by the time you get into the groove, you're back to Convict. Powerups don't really do anything but aid your enemies, seeing as you're too busy running from side to side to pick them up. Having one of them turn invincible or enraged sure makes the fight seem all that more fair.
So... Gotta love that strategic final battle. Woo-woo.
