Medal bug???

Good game. No, EXCELLENT! But, I was supposed to get the Transgressive Compulsive medal and the Diplomatically Challenged medal. How come I didn't get it? While the 'Game Completion' in my comp is already 100%?

I think its outstanding. one problem is my computer sucks ass, so there should be a super low quality version for those poor unfortunate souls. other than that it's amazing.
