2)Complete the game 100% and go to the data room and click the guy next to the percentage.

Bug

I have completed story and challenge mode 100% but it still says that the game is 88% complete.

Although I'm not sure it accounts for 12%, don't forget to complete training. Beyond that, just make sure *every* challenge and story is checked off.
