To play as Henchman (madness) go to versus mode and click on the middle of hank's goggles. now you are henchman(madness) He has a low amount of health.
this is a great fighting game.although sometimes it get confusing during multiple versus,its still a great game.its also a good way to know more about newsground characters.I hope tank man can really use the cannon on his tank and there to be more spawn of projectile powerups

I have to say I'm a little surprised this game is still top tier...Yes, it is a pretty good game but I have seen much better from Newgrounds...Definitely no offense to the creators though, as I said it is good. ^-^
