that stupid no prisoner level

took me like an hour to beat. even with successful aerial counters, you still need to be pretty lucky to beat that one.

and s. ahole is wayyy too overpowered. he has pretty much no weakness on maps where he camps the item spawn.

overall, it was pretty fun, mainly because i just couldn't stop trying to beat that one insane level.

most other levels were pretty fun as well... the camera was a little bugged at times though, jumping and landing into previously unseen bullets or mines around made the game kinda frustrating at times.

aside from the camera thing, why is it that sometimes the samurai spinning attack on the ground lasts really long sometimes? does it have to do with if you keep pressing it on beat or something?

Yep, if you press the button again just as the cycle ends, you can continue it. S'just textbook comboing!

You clearly put alot into this game...

and it certainly shows. I LOVED the whole idea, taking newgrounds icons from all-over for one final battle, and overall it made for an awesome effect. The gameplay itself was excellent: enough variety in attacks to keep it from getting repetitive, and no annoying glitches or problems to speak of. The character choices were perfect, taking a few characters that clearly needed to be in there (pico, alien homnid, tankman) and a few that weren't so obvious, but clearly deserved to be on there as well (piconjo, p-bot, convict). The differences in the characters abilities suited them well (i.e. salad finders was slow, as you you would expect him to be in the movies). There's so many more good things to be said, and so few bad things (basically none), so I'll just leave it at that. Five stars easy, and even though I've beaten it: I still keep playing, which can't be said for most games on newgrounds.

Oh and btw, p-bot is the man. Loved how you could find a character that has never been in an animation on newgrounds, but is still a true newgrounds icon: I'd bet off the tops of their heads, very few people would have come up with him to be in the game. And now he's by far my favorite character.

This game is by far the most impressive I have seen on newgrounds. So addictive that I couldn't stop until I successfully completed 100% of the game. I'm also surprised of how evil of a character Piconjo was. I mean apparently he's well known but honestly I've been with newgrounds for a while and never heard of Piconjo. But by playing this game I see that Piconjo is definitely the kind of character who would make one feel unloved unlike all the other characters including Convict.
