This is an awesome game. I totally think that this game is very innovative. The remake of some of the characters (e.g., Convict, Piconjo, Tankman, Samurai Asshole) was very creative. Once again, very good job.

Great beat em' Up - Newgrounds style!
Well, this game is awesome. The graphics & Style are that "Unique", So, 10.
Sounds were also pure Beat em' up. I liked the music also!
Well, violence was bit hard to judge, there was only that punching beating and kicks, There was according to me only blood with all the Gun attacks.
There was also blood at the padded cell level. I give 7.
Interactivity: What? This game is fully playable! 10.
Well, the humor was just like in mugen with Zeeky H. bomb character, the attacks were humorous. 6.
Overview & Overall Score: Great game. Must play. Newgrounds Style. 9.

Only one problem i have ideas for characters that you didn't have:
The guy from chainsaw the children
The kid from Dad'N'me
One of the Uberkids from pico vs the uberkids
And why not have a kind of super smash brothers thing like adventure mode in mellee?
and also if you ask me you should have Those goths from picos school that would be seweeet
