I love the game....bu i keep unlocking medals and they dont stay unlocked. every time i play i have to re-unliock the 5K (which prevents me from spending money) and ive unlocked many other that have not saved. is there something i can do to fix it?

Everytime I start training, it spawns me in a room with no floor so I keep falling.
