The game works well, but doesn't have enough characters: another problem is that my foes can use attacks I can't, such as Tankman's tank-ride attack. How do you do that attack?

If you think you're unable to do it, why would you ask how?
It's his special attack. Collect the pickup that looks like a machine gun and press your heavy attack button. It stops if you drive over a cliff.

It's good, but some of the characters are impossible to complete, nice try though
