Exceptional Flash- Loved It-
I loved the movie. Great action scenes, with plenty of humor to keep us satisfied. The way you give the characteristic traits to Luigi as a coward was also ingenious. In every movie, the fighting scenes improve and tend to get better.

The right kind of anime feel
I've loved watching your series. It seems to get more exciting with every new episode.
Yes, you are using sprites and yes the story just seems to have a lot of standing speech.
Since you ARE basing this from Dragon Ball and they have a certain formula of talk, have a problem, talk some more, then fight, talk again, fight and then magically throw a Kamehameha blast to win and all. But that is exactly what you're trying to do.
If people don't like Dragon Ball that's their opinion. But saying that your story is bland or doesn't make sense or something is not right. You're doing everything that you're intending to do.
It definitly has the annoying anime feel that many people love and hate. This is the way you want it to be, so keep doing it as you see fit.
