Sir, you stand at the radiant pinnacle of Awesome. To begin, the fight choreography proves both inventive and surprising, especially when teamwork factors in--I might know how the fight will end, but it's a treat to watch anyway as the combatants use every part of the environment, including each other, to gain the upper hand. Next, I really love Luigi: he proves quite effective as the cowardly comic relief, but not so effective as to render him annoying deadwood, and you find yourself cheering for him whenever he buckles down and starts proving himself useful. I find the plot and its pacing superb, to say nothing of the incredibly good (if sometimes grammatically incorrect) dialog. And the Flash itself...I'm not very good at this kind of thing, but from this, I know you have to be a consummate master of your art.
Finally, the Pac-Man game running on the scouter cracked me up.
You've taken a well-done crossover fanfic and made it epic. Congratulations, and keep it up!
