A lot of potential, a lot of flaws.
Not to beat your game but first i HATE controlling the game, wich has the default buttons mapped out for a QWERTY board im typing on a AZERTY, just use the arrows for moving. Second i did not like your graphic style but thats just my subjective opinion. Another thing that bothered me the map isnt large enough. But for the rest cool game it just needs a bit of work. And i would encourage making a multiplayer version.
all keys and movement system can be customised - don't know how you missed it.

i must say this is a very good game. if i wasn't trying to do my homework while im pllaying im sure i would enjoy it more but i'd just rather multi task. good graphics good gameplay altho it would be better if it was a little bit longer.

But too short! Not enough variety of upgrades and ennemies!
Upgrades should be more expensive
Upgrades that cost a lot, like the satellite or whatever, if you want to limit the number of times a playe can use that "ressource" add a cooldown time for those special weapons.
Add more ennemies that are a chalenge! Faster, deadlier and more accurate ennemies! (Not too much, but a few are always fun)

Not bad.
Simple, yet nice. you should think about maybe making the tank arrow key controllled it may make it easier. Also nice graphics. I quite liked this.
