Reviews for "Endless Zombie Rampage"

Not quite to my tastes.

I'm reviewing this with a gamer's point of view. Which would be that's it's incredible. But my tastes just play hated it. No offense, you made one of the best defense games ever, but I find myself liking Last Stand a bit more, even though this one had more guns and you can actually run free in the area. The terrible annoyances I found were that there were no body shots, only head shots so accuracy was way to important here, how much health some of the fast, fat ones had, and the miniscule amount of exp. you receive for killing a zombie. I was on the 5 level or so and had only bought two other weapons. And when I tried to save money and not buy any upgrades, I'd get raped by some new zombie that's even more ridiculously fast, strong, combination of the two. If you could make the screen a bit bigger or make the zombies bigger, that would be good. And maybe give a little more exp. for each zombie killed. My favorite part about defense games is upgrading guns and then owning with my new weapon, droolingly anticipating a new one. But in this game, there was only upgrading. No owning. I don't like barely getting by. Because then I have to get my health back up and can't get a new gun.
All in all, I would advise survivors/partners, more exp. per zombie, a larger screen, and some more easily reached gun upgrades. I may suck at this or something, or I just don't have the patience, but this seemed a bit hard.

Could be good, but major gameplay annoyances.

I find myself fighting to defend thie little chunk in the top of the screen (unescisarrily) and that is why *I* die. On the higher levels, some of the monsters spawn almost right next to it, already making almost all of you're weapons useless besides the auto shotgun. When shooting enemies, there is also too much kick back, making the only good shooting diection down so that they wont go to the other side, making it harder to kill.

These bugs may be what makes you're game 'challenging', but if I can stand outside and not die for hours on end (as chronolized by the levels) and zombies breaking into my house will do what for the daytime? Will they eat my food?

I still beat it, but it was not a fun challenge. Games are challenges. You must beat them. Sometimes the more difficult, the more fun. Other times, the more buggy, cheap, and unpredictable, the less fun.

Other than that I really liked the gun and upgrade system. (which will have to be altered if this review is ever taken into consideration, unlikely though it is.) Ok job. Could be great. But it's not.

A good defense, bad elements.

I've never seen a defense game that I haven't been drawn to, until now. I thought the more innovative approach you took to a defense game with Endless zombie Rampage, which is a good thing kudos to you for that, would be refreshing, but it wasn't. You didn't use the true potential this game offered to its fullest extent at all. The gameplay was slow, the variables were inconsistent, and the game modes didn't really leave much to be desired. Overall, it is a fun game to waste time with, but I was just hoping for something more.

No Recommendation.

good game....

I liked it but its very repetitive. Sound was a 0 because I was playing beats on the stereo. Maybe you should try a completly diffrent approach. Possible a Platform style or something like it? I dont know. It was a good game though. Reloading was kind of slow. Would'ent you think you would have your weapon loaded quicker pumped on adrenalin, Zombies enclosing in on you??? Just an idea.....

Good concept, sort of slapped together though.

This is friggin' long so be warned.

Call me retarded but I had a really hard time getting past the reindeer looking ones. Try getting either an easier or get changable difficulty levels.

I never got far enough to see the crap-load of blood but you may want to consider having a fading blood and bodies.

Zombie design was very dumb. Seemed too old school arcade, Like the original Super Mario.

Have autoturrets or some fellow survivors for god's sake! How are you supposed to survive an endless zombie rampage if you are going in alone.

Terrain, what terrain? It was irritating looking at the same flat surface the whole time I was playing.

Has it occured to you that you shouldn't need to be buying weapons, If there is no one else on the base with you. If you are constantlyfighting, there is really no point to the base that I could tell. Be a part of a group of survivors.

Variety of weaponry is the spice of life, keep it. But, based on the other reviews, consider mor balancing.

Try for more scenery
