It was alright
You should proabably lower the exp needed for your first gun upgrade. Also it's sort of hard to see the zombies because of all the dead ones that pile up after awhile so maybe brighten their colors too would help.

Could be great but needs a couple changes
1. Most import: You should be able to switch weapons and interrupt reloading.
2. Reload times should be a bit shorter
3. clear the bodies after every round. It's just clutter.
Too Easy
By the Dawn of the Second Day I had the final assault rifle, and it was easy, and it's only gotten easier. I'm at the Night of the Second Day, my bunker has 20k hp and i have 10k hp, I have every weapon maxed out and every power-up bought.
This is, in part, because of a bug with the overkill bonus. Rather than giving you exp equal to the EXCESS damage you do to a zombie, it simply gives you the base damage the weapon does. Additionally, the Laser Cannon seems to give 300 exp per zombie when used with the overkill bonus.
I've got enough HP on my bunker that I can let the zombies build up into huge piles before killing 30-40 of them with a laser shot. The weapons get too strong (the final assault rifle, final shotgun, final autoshotgun, and final minigun in particular), and the ability to skip weapons (I bought the final assault rifle w/o buying the first two) makes it so if you can survive a round without any upgrades, the game gets vastly easier.
Despite my complaining, this really is a fun game, it just gets too easy too fast.
Balance issues
I'm a sucker for both zombies and defense, so I naturally have a love for games like this. It's fun and pretty well balanced for the first few phases, but the hordes and the player's power quickly grow out of control. Within a few waves, you're suddenly sweeping the entire screen of hundreds with an assault rifle and rarely being in any danger. Once you get an upper tier weapon, the game loses all of its difficulty and balance.
I think the strongest part of the game is the early going, using just the pistol and early weapons.
"Awesome"
but the guns are expensive it sucks
