Provided you aren't a moron, the guns shouldn't be too expensive. Don't try to get the shotguns and such first, just get second-teir pistols and magnums, then go for the overkill upgrade. Once you get overkill, get the laser. 1 level later, you should be able to buy everything.

The guns cost too much experience, but when u have a minigun cuz u could take it out and destroy everything.And i dont know how to go bak to the upgrade menu on survival mode
