Ehh...
I do get the idea of looping and endless string of "Magicarp, splash attack!" However, the repetition does really, really wear out the joke. You could have come up with a few good phrases and actually ended the thing properly.
Funny idea, though. Bit of a miss, in my opinion, however.

It just wasnt good enough. No ending and its same thing over and over but in a cycle. You can improve on this
