Some people.....have no sense of humor whatsoever.
As said before, it's suppose to be a joke. Let me explain it, Magikarp knows nothing but Splash so this a suppose to be a Magikarp vs. Magikarp battle where it's a never ending loop of Splash Attack cause neither one is doing damage cause Splash is does no damage, so that's a joke, a never ending battle. There, now maybe you uptight people will get the joke,if not, please, go away.
