but I am pretty sure you didn't make it. This review will probably be deleted but it seems to me that newgrounds got made when the charlie the unicorn flash got stolen by youtube...yet Newgrounds allows flashes taken from other sites to be put on theirs. oh well if you did make it kudos. If you didn't...well there's nothing I can do.

This was awesome! I am so glad that somebody finally made a parody on Magikarp's splash attack. I love how cool Blue is acting. It's so dumb. I just love this flash though! I gave 10 to violence because Splash Attack is so violent and 10 for interactivity because you can use this flash in the real world of Pokemon! I put a five on this submission as well. it's just good.
