Holy crap. When I first saw this, I thought it had to be the most useless PoS on Newgrounds. But the more I watched it, the more I loved it!
It's a comedic look at the most useless Pokemon ever, and it's equally useless move! *For all of you who have never played any Pokemon games, Splash does NOTHING.*
Favorite Lines: *Sadly, they're all Blue's*
