Sure, the idea is magicarps because they only use splash attacks - but he also calls upon Dito who transforms into magicarp - this means the idea is not magicarp itself, but the splash attack. Then it'd be extremely funny if someone said:
MAGICARP, return! GARADOS (name?), I CHOOSE YOU!
Garados, SPLASH ATTACK!

How long does this go on for...? Splash! Splash!! SPLASH ATTACK!!! Eventually they'll run out of PP for splash unless that Blue's Ditto has unlimited PP...but what the fuck do you mean you don't have hyper beam?! Just use splash attack! This should get really old REALLY fast...but there is one thing to be funny. If you do something long enough, it'll become funny, then not funny, then REALLY funny. now GO, MAGIKARP! SPLASH ATTACK! I see why this was on the front page! LOL!
