Actually, I really enjoyed this; I sent it to one of my friends to annoy him, he didn't know it was a loop, I lol'd hard.
Pretty funny submission, I loved the one liners for example...

I have the best idea for this flash. Gimme a minute to shut it off first...
Okay. You're at work. Let's say you work in cubicles. You decide to turn on Splash Attack. Then, when you're ready to go out to lunch, lock your keyboard or put on a screensaver that requires you to type in a password.
Now, leave the room and go enjoy your Turkey Sub from Subway as your workmates go crazy from "MAGIKARP RETURN! I CHOOSE DITTO! OH... shit wait..."
After your hour lunch, return and say to yourself out loud "Oh, I didn't hear this part of the flash before!" and leave it on for another twenty minutes before finally kiling the annoying sound altogether.
It won't guarantee a raise, but it will be a great tool of revenge!
