Reviews for "Splash Attack"

stupid god damn magicarp.

I think the point is that a battle between a magicarp and a magicarp would never end.

ROFL!

Extremely funny. It's also a lot cleaner than about half of the other Pokemon flashes here. Good work.

To the loser below the review under me.

Coincidence, I have played all this stuff too, but saying that their PP is down, is just real stupid. "Oh no, you broke Pokemon rules!". Pathetic.

I too have clicked the - button next to your review. Yet I have played every Pokemon console and handheld game save for TCG. You know why I did? Because no one -- I reapeat, NO ONE -- gets THAT technical on a flash that is comical. Well, I shouldn't say no one; you did, apparently. It's a comical flash, dude. And that you say all that stuff about 40 PP says that you spent a long time watching the two Magikarps dish it out over 40 turns. One would think you'd realize by the third time one scene repeats that you'd get the picture that it won't end. This is my two cents. Thank you, and good night.

Wow. Pretty funny, but still...

It does break some game rules. Splash has 40 PP (uses) and is extended when used PP Up/Max. When Ditto transforms, it can only have 5 PP for each move, and with Splash, it is no different.

After all the PP goes away, they have to use Struggle, a weak recoil move that hits ghosts, too. The recoil takes up to 1/4 health in DP and is a bit weaker in RSE and everything else, and eventually the Magikarp and Ditto will die by killing themselves. I believe that Magikarp learns Flail and Tackle, 15 and 35 PP respectively, and has a pathetic base 20 HP and a mediocre base 55 Defense.

While I did take this a bit seriously, I hope everyone gets the point that it's not endless (if you want to see a longer battle, see a Wobbuffet vs Wobbuffet battle). Still it's pretty funny though.
