If i could I'd rate one MILLION Stars! When Hank died I KNEW. I KNEW That madness didn't end. I Knew It was either Jesus(Or Jebus) going on with the madness. Or getting new protagonists such as Deimos and Sanford. I KNEW The madness didn't end!

The reason why Hank can't die for good is because Tricky keeps on reviving him. All for his personal enjoyment. After all, the P.I.D. was activated in response to Hank's first infiltration (Madness Redeemer). Apparently Tricky is fond of Hank because of the violence he brings with him wherever he goes.
