Wow it's just like all the others!
People overate the quality of animation in these films, You have floating hands so you avoid drawing arms and you only make his feet move so you avoid drawing legs. Avoiding the two hardest things in animation in a film based purely on animation does not deserve a ten. This probably has a boosted score because people are glad to see something non-pico. You should spend more time making it awesome instead of making him fight a billion smiths, every time.
Personal Upset
Sorry, but I believe this one was an upset, and before you get all mad at me, read through my entire review.
I believe this was an upset because it didn't have as many cool 3d effects and it seemed almost slow paced compared to the other ones. Just up the fps and this would be fine. Also I didn't like the music in this one. The other madness's all had good music and sound, while I didn't really like this one as much.
Otherwise you are improving a lot on your graphics and violence which is a plus, but otherwise this one I didn't see as good compared to the rest.

Presonally i thought this was the WORST installment yet for the madness series, i was expecting more, more ANYTHING.. Theres no plot line, no addition characters, and it just lacked.
