If I had to guess, the dark guy at the end might be the sheriff, no?
and if it is the sheriff, do not make him look all stitched up and zombie-ish like the other characters were.
try making him look more like he has metallic implants, like a steel jaw with human teeth jutting out from the side.
And if that guy isn't the sheriff, will you bring the sheriff back in a future episode?

Yes fish. That was SWEET. :D The best Madness yet. The action, the TENSION! Will poor Hank ever die? Poor guy. He's gotta be dramatized by now. :p He needs to settle down in a nice little yellow house with a white picket fence and live the nice quiet life...

I love the "there is more to it than you know" feeling, thats one of the things that makes Madness Combat so good. I also love that the world keeps getting more fucked up with the Ghostly Clown and the Giant "Spikes in the face" Dude. Hey, maybe if you make enough Madness Combat you should release a DVD (psst... make sure there's a UK release). Oh, this is my absolute favourite thing on Newgrounds!!!
