Definitely a step back.
While this sure isn't bad, it's not nearly as good as the previous in the Madness series. It was sure as hell violent, but it just wasn't as intense as the others I've seen. I wasn't interested the whole way through, but the chainsaw part was pretty cool.

Very VERY good. Madness has come a long way since Madness Combat.
