good work, this derserved to win. i like how you used many of ng lands charcters to fill the movie, i also enjoyed the things the crowd was holding up :).

Anyways, this is an absolutely stunning (anime-ish) job of a flash movie that I've ever seen. It had pure graphics, an array of Newgrounds references being made in this flash, and it just had great music from beginning to end.
Oh yeah I absolutely love anime-ish graphics, so when I saw this, I could of only imagined what kind of detailed artwork you would of given for each thing. From Darnell versus the P-bot, to the Goth kids shooting up the place, it was just oozing eye candy the entire flash movie. Yes, I know I sound like the typical person to just like things because of their graphics, but oh wells, I'll gladly admit that graphical art such as this will give me enjoyment of any kind in watching it. Definitely phenomenal job on the detail, Voodoll! ^_^
Music was definitely another plus in this flash movie, since ParagonX9's Chaoz Surivor (... Damn, even the name of the music matched perfectly with the theme it was being played for) was an absolute hit for a battle such as this, even the timing from the explosion when Pico grabs one of the golden spears from Tom's chair. Of course, Metaljonus's Insanity song (Hah! Another matching name for the theme), and Rocker206's Twisted!!! (Good gawd, a third?!) were definitely great theme songs to pick for this flash movie. You seem to have a knack for picking the right song (with the right freaking name) for each theme being played during the flash movie. Nice choices dood. O_O
I like the mass amounts of references from other characters on Newgrounds that you put onto your flash movie, which really showed your knowledge of Newgrounds, and gave this flash movie that Newgroundish feeling. From Madness zombies and the Protagonist, to Alien Hominid, and other various characters, you had it all going for ya, hell, you even added the various rank symbols in the crowd and gave Tom Fulp's chair 2 Golden Spears. Nice way to get "points" from the judges, eh? ( ^_- *wink* )
I'm testing my knowledge here, but I think the 3 Newgrounds Administrators being shown were Tom Fulp, Wade Fulp, and Stamper. I was hoping you'd put Johnny Utah and Dan Paladin in there as well, but oh well. :P
Another great thing I liked about this flash movie was Nene. (... and no, it's not just because of the "Panties" scene. >_> <_< ) You gave her a psychotic personality that just seemed to show an awesome side of her. It was like a polar (... am I using the right word here?) image of her, compared to the Pico School game, since she had a weak mind that couldn't handle the pressure of the situation she was in inside the school, and now she was being shown as a killer with nothing to lose in a stadium (as was clearly shown from the stab that she got in the arena and didn't really gave a damn about it). Hah! It was just too awesome to not review about.
*sigh* It's just too bad that Darnell had to die so easily at the beginning of the movie, but I guess the P-bot was more of a challenge than Darnell could handle. However, at least you kept it with his personality by giving him fire power. T_T
It kind of threw me off at first (since it took me 2 tries to get. -_- ), but I got a look at the concept art (Is that the right term?) and got to take a nice look at the drawings made by Voodoll, and it became all too clear why such a flash movie with art such as this was possible. I think I might of been too late on it, but was that an add-in, or were you able to look at the concept art when you first submitted the flash movie? (I went through the credits when it was first submitted to Newgrounds, but I didn't see the 2 little characters coming from the right and left. Oh well, I didn't try clicking them because I didn't know they were easter eggs.)
So overall, a fantastic flash movie that is worth watching. It's 100% clear as to why this flash movie got 1st place for the Pico Day 2007 event, and I'm glad that it did win. Congratulations on winning that prize money! :D I'm definitely looking forward to your future work that (hopefully) you and Voodoll make. (Assuming that you keep on teaming up with him. O_o)
