Reviews for "Bunnykill 3 Vol.2"

I like it, but got a few pet peeves :P

Great flash! I liked everything else but save two little things:

1. the "drop" sound: It seems out of place every time they come down from a fall it makes the "punch" sound, like someone is getting hit hard, heck the sound is straight out of CS.

2. The fact that several of those henchemen had the perfect oppertunity to shoot the hero in the back, but they don't, and they look as if they are just waiting to get hit with some slick move before shooting.

Otherwise, I liked it.

Mottis responds:

Thanks.

1. Yeah that is from CS. But it's not a punch sound, it's actually "dropping" sound. Just like in this movie. I personally think it fits perfectly, even though there's the human "oomph!" at the end of the sound.

2. Well, I think I nailed it pretty well, if you look at a certain minion, there's only about one second of delay in his actions, they try their best to kill the hero. However, If I wanted to give everyone perfect reflexes, I would have to make the hero so fast that you couldn't even see him. Problems like this are always present in these kind of action movies.

Sequel?

Did anybody watch all the way to the end, past where it says "the end" ?
Anyway,great job on the movie.

My first review in quite awhile. Impressive.

Wow. To cause me to write a review after so long? Good for you.

I've been on NewGrounds for quite a long time and I've noticed some signs of a good flash project.

The overall quality of the flash was impressive, to say the least. The quality in terms of graphics was great. Although I'm not the biggest fan of the "Madness Severed-Hand Figure" standard, I can say it was well chosen for this flash. I wasn't in any way bored by the flash (especially by the little clip after the credits). You kept the viewer guessing and never lost my attention. The variance in characters was good. I'm not fond of feeling like one bunny is being killed over and over. Also, the variance in weapons was great.

I've noticed throughout my time with NewGrounds that with exceptional ORIGINAL flash series, the greatest artists remember to add the more obscure touches to make it truly feel like a series. I've seen all the "Bunnykill" flash and I noticed that throughout the series when a bunny is killed, it first has the "><" eyes and then looks more peaceful as it dies. I'm surprised that you would remember to do that. Very nice.

Overall, I'd say that these flash really got my attention and locked it away in a vault filled with blood, action, and all that good stuff.

If I needed to shout one phrase to the world to describe it, that phrase would be "Mass Rabbit Murder."

Mottis responds:

Haha thanks, yeah it's very important that when they die, the bunties eyes are as if they are sleeping. Makes them look calm and cute, yet they are utterly mutilated and bloody at the same time.

amazing

i have always been a fan of madness, but when i noticed kill bunny i quickly switched my favorite movies on its head!! the fluid movment of everything was the finishing on this amazing movie.
