no, DON'T change the difficulty

Your game is scoring 4.57 as of this writing, which has only ever happened for a small handful of flashes, and maybe three other games (RaidenX, Red, and an archer defense game, all of which are easy to play) on all of Newgrounds. Do not change anything. Making a game too hard will kill your score.

A few people may complain in reviews about the game being too easy, but they still give you good scores anyway. People who think a game is too hard will silently vote it down when they lose, and for something scoring as high as yours is, one 0 cancels out five or ten 5's. The easiness of the game is part of what's keeping its score up.

Cheers, I'm glad someone else appreciates the fact that it's meant to be somewhat easy.

The core idea, in my opinion, that should drive flash games is that they are inherently simple and fun to play. Which is what I had in mind while I was developing this. I even took features out because I felt it detracted from the core gameplay and at one point even considered removing the survivor system because I felt at the time that it was getting in the way.

So yeah, appreciate the comments and your insight.

I love defense games!

WOW! u gotta lotta reviews.lol. amazing game. one of my fav. defense games ever. i agree with the other people tho who say it is too easy and there aren't enough weapons. My weapons of choice were the BERRET and the AK47. I beat the game in like just over a half hour. it definitely did keep me busy tho...for plenty of time. it's like a violent orgasm! OMG! i loved playing it and beat it twice. each with dif. weapons. the second time i beat it with the UZI and CHAINSAW. it was pretty sweet. Well, thanks for this game, hope to see a sequel...a longer one, if i may. and with more options and weapons. thnx
