Reviews for "The Last Stand."

absolutely fantastic...except for one little thing

good sound, good graphics(my machine is a little outdated so i had to play it on low def, but it was still sharp).great gameplay, very original.
however...when i got to a certain level, i think in the mid teens, my character wouldnt shoot anymore. i was using the sawn off when suddenly i couldnt reload it and i couldnt change to my chainsaw.
i let my buddies kill the last one(since there was only 1 left to begin with) but i couldnt shoot or weapon swap in the next level either. so here i was, on a roll, kickin some zombie ass, when i was forced to stop playing. not cool man.

zombies rule

love zombie everyone loves zombies games so make more so we all can have fun

holy freaking-tastic!!!!

just whoa.
those are the only words to describe this shooter.
for some reason it reminds me of a RE shooter.
great experience all around.
although, the one thing that kinda bugged me was the crosshair.
i mean, even if i pointed to a zombies' head, i'd assume he'd have to fall down, you know.
but, that's the only fault of the game.
seriously, great game, on going on my 2nd straight hour playing it.
GREAT JOB!!!

Great

Interesting concept, great gameplay, and most of all fun. This game kept me occupied till the very end. Weapons are cool, the days&nights concept is great, and most of all killing zombies has never been cooler :). Only reason i didn't give this one a 10 is because anything with the chainsaw is pretty much a win/win situation. I'd highly suggest this game as well as the sequel to it.

A real tribute to Flash's potential.

This game wins in just about every category. It's challenging without being impossible, it's fun for a little quick zombie slaughter, but has replay value in that it's just fun to see how many times in a row you can survive all 20 days. It challenges both your mind and your reflexes, forcing you to manage your precious few daylight hours in order to survive, while testing your reflexes as you attempt to score as many headshots as possible before your clip runs out.

That said, this game does tend to rely on random chance a little too much, and the system for having survivors die during daylight searches is pretty lame. There were a couple times I lost the game, simply because the system would not allow me to keep my survivors, thus hindering my repair and weapon search efforts so substantially that defeat was inevitable. I would find a survivor while searching, and have him die during that very same search, resulting in a pointless waste of hours I could have spent repairing the barricade. Other times the game would report that survivors died during a search, when I was the only one and none were even found.

Even with its annoyances and bugs, most of the time this game plays just fine. It's definitely one of the best on the web.
