I think you should go to EA games with this idea

If you went to a big time gaming company that like this kind of blood shit you could easily have this made into a a full length movie or even a video game..... DON'T GIVE UP AND TRY TO AIM FOR HIGHER THINGS..... Just give it a try if Bungee sign you on for a deal to make this into a full length game then you will be right up there with HALO...
