awesome zombie flash game...

not sure if this has been mentioned before, but I don't feel like reading through all of the reviews. So here's a little secret. If you hit tab a few times then hit enter, you will be able to select any weapon you want. To select a different one, hit tab again, then enter. That's because all of the weapons are hidden at the bottom of the screen. If you save the game to your desktop you can just select the weapons by clicking on them. I thought this was pretty cool. Great game.

a truely welcome time killer

this game was very nicely done for a defense game. my only critcism is the lack of unlimited powerups and weapons, and it would more interesting if you could expand the the base so that more pepole could fit. also assigning weapons to the survivors and have them develop experience in shooting would be interesting. maybe have the base douyble sided and two player in that sense. i am looking forward to the sequel. it was very well done.

one of the best zombie/ defense games ever

it was very well done, this is your first submission? this was definitly a great game, i enjoyed how instead of you sitting there just mindlessly killing, you can search for survivors, repair and find new weapons, each new weapon removed any repetition in the game and the people who actually fight alongside you was a great idea as well, overall this was one of the best games i have seen on newgrounds, if you could make a sequel or even a tottally new game i expect you would get the same response, great job great job

A tight portal submission

Congratulations of frontpage! It's a pretty well thought out game. I have a few suggestions for your future endeavors (or this one, if you choose to edit it a little).

Some of the weapons were glitchy in that you could start firing (and expend ammo) but you wouldn't be actually firing bullets to kill the enemy. The AK and M4 were notably guilty of that.

Add some music, or at least the option to have music playing or not. Music adds so much to a game, even if it's fairly simple, atmospheric fare.

The weapons were kind of unbalanced. The magnum and chainsaw were too powerful and you got them too early. It would've made more sense to have the less useful weapons like the shotguns unlock sooner than ones that were useful the whole way through.

Finally, it would be a nice option to set the number of days you wish to play for, including an option that will never end.

Anyway, fantastic submission. I enjoyed playing it. I hope to see more of your work grace the portal.
