One Of The Best Newgrounds Games

In my opinion this is the one of best newgrounds game i have played so far.

Heres the ranking break down:

Graphics

I gave Last Stand 10 for graphics due to the fact you can really tell the creator has taken alot of time and effort in making them look realistic and stylised. I especially liked the way the people's faces change so the game is never the same everytime.

Style

This is gave 9 for because it was very stylishly made and i liked the way that you could get into the game more by choosing to read the diary.

Sound

I gave sound 7 because the sound effects were brilliant especially the gun noises which varied depending on the gun. But i think it could have done with a backingtrack instead of the creepy sound that plays through-out.

Violence

As you are probably about to find out or allready have this game has a reasonable amount of violence in, mainly killing zombies of all shapes, sizes and difficulty's. But the whole game is based on a fight for survival. I think it oculd have done with more weapons and/or a longer game.

Interactivity

I gave this one 10 because in terms of getting into the game and it making you think this game works really well. Despite a pretty simple defence game template it works better than those other games were u just bought new weapons and defence because in the last stand you also can get more recruits BUT in this game it makes a realistic difference that more men means more can get done, this may sounds pretty gay but it is nice to see a change in the design of these types of games.

Humor

2 cos there is fat old lady with half her bones showing :)

oh and i jsut realised i have written an essay :( if only i had done it about God then i wouldn't have to do my REC essay :P

Great job, very fun game.

The game was fun, not too difficult as to discourage playing =]

A glitch i noticed though.. with the Uzi and Barret, you start shooting with the Uzi then as you shoot, switch with the space bar and it shoots all 10 Barret bullets as fast as the Uzi =] <3 fun

[Roast]

Quite good

This was quite a fun game. Nice graphics, nice sound selections and an interesting system for the inbetween level bits.

However, quite a few little anoying things that wound me up. I would aim right at their heads and it the bullets would usually go elsewhere, sometime at the legs of the zombie beside it. When your clip empties you have to wait until it's reloaded before switching weapon. I'd prefer it if you could switch weapon straight after you hear the click. The collision in that barracks is a bit off. It seems that when a survivor gets the last kill, the game doesn't proceed to the next level. Why was the M4A1 so poor? I spent most of the game with the uzi and breezed through it. In the middle of reloading if you hold down fire, the bullets count down anyway, despite the fact no bullets have left the gun yet. The survivors weren't really much help, and I don't think they had bullet trails. The first couple of levels are the hardest in the game! Once you find the uzi the levels become easier. There were dogs at the first half of the game and they disappeared for the rest. The ending was dissapointing.

Ok I've gone on a bit, the game itself was good fun, it's just I like to see more from a game that's currently number 1 in the portal. Good effort though.

this fuckin game was the best game i ever played on newgrounds. but if you make a 2nd one make more nights and more MORE MORE guns. =]
