This game is worth top score!
The detail is well done, the game play is good too. However the game did have a few flaws such as the power of the first automatic weapon, which was too high since I had to rely on it a bit to much,
Also minor details were left out such as basic needs, the game would have benifited from a few extra options such as finding ammo or food for the survivors, but I wouldnt expect many people to vote more for those types of updates :S

But there was some questions with balance. I suppose that first sub-machine gun is a big cheat in game :) With it i have very little problems with zombie.
And i expect that you add an ability to modify your fortification. And an option to seek for materials for it.

P.S. Me 'n my cousin love the head shot splatters. And also a nice addition would be that after the zombies are headshotted they can walk a few more steps, etc. so it'll feel more Zombie-like.
