A alright job, lots to improve.
The graphics were great, except for when he started walking. I laughed, hard. It looked like he was sitting on an invisible chair while still walking.
The music didn't really fit the flash, and there was no sound effects whihc also lost it marks.
There is a lot to improve on, work on it and come back.

Could be so much more
This was working its way to being a great animation, then you cut it off in its prime!
Still, let's look at some positives here - the animation is good. I quite like the walking animation for the guy, it makes him look like he's skipping. I also like the drawing style of the thing sitting on the doorstep.
The sound is good quality and suits the piece well.
What you really need is to take this further, give it more of a plot and not bail out and call the animation finished too soon.
