Reviews for "IndestructoTank!"

I love this game

This is the best flash game I've ever played! It has a high replay value. This would be awesome if this had more playing modes and all that other good stuff.

anyway great game but if there was a button to turn off the music that would be nice

A Fun Innovative Game

This whole game was a great amount of fun. It had an original concept that was refreshing and a great time waster if you are stuck in a boring cubical or just have a day with nothing else better to do. It came together in a nice way that left only a few things to be desired and can be played over and over again when boredom strikes.
One of the nicest things about this game is the concept, it is something that I would expect a Nintendo developer to come up with and honestly I'm not suprised that it can be played on the Wii. A tank that can never be destoyed and bounces around in the air crushing all its enemies while only worrying about fuel made me curious and hit the play button.
Once the game was going the first thing that I noticed was the music choice, while a good pick it was stuck on a little loop that I honestly wanted to turn off for a bit while trying to concentrate on the main gameplay. A few other different music choices side by side to click on would have fixed that right up or an easier mute button.
After I had dispelled my minor irritation at the background music it was straight on to the main game itself which kept me amused for about half an hour of bouncing from helicopter to helicopter and down to the ground again in a great quest to get up on the highscore board. The only thing that I felt that needed work on the main game itself was the art on the helicopters. The tank was lovely, all nitty gitty and ready to be bombed but the enemy looked like the art was top notch about two years ago and the designer of this game could have spent a few more moments touching it up.
All in the all the game felt wonderful to play once I had gotten over the certain little things that bugged me like the background music and the ever so boring helicopter art. But that doesn't really matter when you're having a whole lot of fun bouncing your tank about from flying machine to flying machine and watching them explode into a whole burst of shrapnel and fire.

good but i hate the fuel thing

it's a great game but i think if u run outta fuel in the air u just can't move urself, and ur just free fall, becuase exploding when u just run out of fuel is really annoying, maybe just have the screen clear of enemies and u can hit the ground and end it to lvl up. i was TRYING as hard as i could to miss things on the way down and couldn't hit the ground.

Fix Fuel

I would consider making it so you don't use fuel, or use much less in the air. I don't think you should get game over if you run out of fuel in the middle of a 30-hit combo.

Flawed, but very playable

I'll get what I thought a few flaws, although they were limited, over and done with. For starters, in the purchase menu, it only has names - perhaps having a picture of the vehicle you're purchasing as well as a brief description of what it does. After buying a "bouncer", I found myself looking for something in the road that shoots me up before I noticed the bouncing bombs, and I still don't know what a "Gunner" is. Also, when the fuel runs out, I thought it was irritating that the tank blew up. Instead, I thought you should lose control of it - that it just becomes a loose vehicle as if you were not pressing any buttons, so it hits the floor and the menu pops up. This, to me, seems more likely. It was, however, a fun game, well worth playing to pass the time. I've found myself playing it many times, and only just now have I realised that running out of fuel blows you up. Perhaps in an update, you could incorporate my suggestions. Also, you could have something to spend points on after the enemies, such as vehicle customisation, enemy customisation etc, that has no real effect but still has something to do if you're uninterested in a high-score. Also, what I thought would be a nice addition would be vehicle powers that you can purchase, that have a limited usage. The first one that came to mind would be something that weighs you down, so instead of bouncing you just drop - this could be useful if you were, for example, above a group of enemies and want to drop through them all rather than just bounce around. Since purchase would be required, it wouldn't be making the game too easy, as you would have to work for it. I'd definitely recommend anyone to play this if they were bored. One of the better games as of late.
