Yaaay i´ve completed all the levels =D , gave me bloody headake after a while , especially the 10th and 15th last map. Hehe, anyways, great job!, it needs a clever mind, which i like. Never played lemmings but i guess ill have try it out after this =)
A big Lemming and Worms Fan
I was excited when I saw this game as I am a big lemmings fan, however you aren't giving lemmings enough credit. You state how it influenced this game but it's quite obvious that you basically mimiced Lemmings exactly with only minor effort to add something original (kids).
I also found the levels to be small and the design both simple and easy. With the time saved by using others ideas you'd think you'd put more into level design (though I did find them visually appealing).
I made it through all 15 levels without any tips, hints, or retries just by pausing at the start of the round, scrolling side to side, looking over my list of skills, and planning out my moves in a matter of minutes. What I loved about lemmings was the difficulty brought on by the obstacles faced and the limited number of resources(skills). This game lacked that.
Because Lemmings is an old old old game that probably takes up less space than this *.swf, I expected more (either a better lemmings game or original content).
I would love to see more Lemmings like games or just an unofficial Lemmings game done right so don't take this as a flame but a guide to what was wrong with this version. It did come off professionally done for the most part but was lacking.
