Another Masterpiece from the Amazing Vinnie!
First of all, I would like to add that ANYONE downrating this submit with the STUPID reason of "I didn't understand anything of the song" or "It's spanish/italian/typonese/jedi, that's why I downrate" it's just a freaking racist. Do some research on the song, the lyrics for instance, for f*ck sake!
Back on topic, I'm COMPLETELY glad that you submited another great piece of work. I was starting to believe that you stopped creating flashes, but yeah, I knew I was wrong! Let's see, review starts now:
GRAPHICS - 10 : Great job! Lots of people will think it looks "sketchy", but that kind of drawing it's now characteristic in your work. And I was amazed by some parts of the movie...the fight, for instance, was so fluid and looked real! Amazing job! You got a 10, partner!
STYLE - 10 : What can I say? You created this style. It belongs to you. Animeish, but either way, it's yours! It's your trademark! 10!
SOUND - 10 : "Veneno Vil" by Fobia. Dude...you hitted a soft spot right in my mexican rocker heart! Probably my favorite song by Fobia! Great choice...fitted completely with the story...and a "banda/ska" song by Cafe Tacvba? First time I listen to it, man! But good work on the sound!
VIOLENCE - 10 : Extreme bungee jumps, unreal fighting moves, laboratory explosions...I missed your wicked way of seeing violence. Yep, violence was there! 10!
INTERACTIVITY - 4 : I'm always hard in this section when I submit a review, but hey, don't worries...this bit doesn't matter that much. Well, "Play" buttom and "Replay" buttom. Basic...2 points each = 4!
HUMOR - 10 : It was just me, or someone else laughed with a few parts of the movie? Like the "2 Burros" written on the signal, or the now classic mexican "arrimon"? Yep, lots of humor there! 10 points!
Well, overall, I have to say it's a great work you have done, Vinnie! And I'm so thankful that, even on an english site, you keep working with mexican songs, and doing quality work in the process! I'm proudof being mexican, and more proud, because I'm from the same state where you borned! Viva Veracruz! To finish this review, I have to congratulate you about this new submit! Keep up the good work, karnal!
He has returned!
After laying low for a while, Vinnie has returned with yet another masterpiece of hand-drawn animation.
Like his other movies, this one is also quite musical based, with the pace of the movie going hand in hand with that of the music. Speaking of which; once again Vinnie has chosen a catchy and quite up-beat song to accompany his skills at animating. My compliments on your taste, man.
The animations, as expected, are nice and fluid and of great quality, with some very nice effects thrown in from time to time (think camera angles, transistions, etc.)
Overall this is a very pleasant movie to watch. :)
